I have always experienced a deeply divine and sensual life. From a young age I was a 'feeler' – able to sense Source energy in everything I come in contact with. My primary form of learning always came through my body and its life experience in connection with nature. I was a very successful performer for many years using the stage to explore my voice, movement, emotions and sensuality in relationship to the world, an ‘appropriate outlet’ for a young woman growing up in the Midwest. Eventually my holy body and sensual spirit outgrew performance and clamored for the magic and ritual I found on stage, in every moment of life.

I began to study the ancient Earth-based religions and spiritual traditions that resonated with my sense of the body / spirit union as sacred. I went on to study with shamans, mystics and yogis from all over the world. I received my 200-hr yoga teacher training in New York City and have undergone a five-year apprenticeship with a Celtic Priestess. I am initiated as a Reiki Energy Master and Ordained as a Priestess. I am a member of ASEP (Association of Sexual Energy Professionals). I have many special intuitive and energetic gifts some of which I was born with and others which I cultivated through studying with various teachers and healers over time.

I teach sensual embodiment classes and am dedicated to the message of reclaiming the beauty, totality and pleasure of living fully in the human body with divine purpose. My work is my dharma and is an organic expression of my life and what moves me. I live in accordance to the moon phases, the seasonal shifts in nature and the wisdom from my own body. My classes have been internationally recognized as groundbreaking because we are ready – because the world is waking up and reclaiming the holy body and sensual spirit union that are part of Source energy, not separate from it. I am consistently looking for alive, provocative and fully embodied ways to communicate with the Divine Source that resides within every human being. I believe life is an ongoing journey of learning, exploration, sensuality and One-ness.

I identify as a Sensual Shaman: an Earth-based spiritual healer, who uses orgasmic Source energy and pleasure focused rituals to repair, heal, integrate and transform the body/spirit/planet union.  I continue to honor my body and nature as my greatest teachers.
