Naked Yoga NYC ~ Asana Exposed
"Celebrating our bodies for those who can't"

 This au natural Vinyasa Hatha yoga class exposes its asana weekly in Chelsea. This freedom centered yoga class liberates negative belief patterns, body consciousness and clothing. Yoga twists us into different shapes in order to get a different perspective on ourselves and our lives. We use the yoga practice to move us closer to our truth and our connection with the divine. By removing our clothes we are forced to examine our bodies and our belief patterns. We let go more quickly of what is holding us back, and plunge more deeply into our truth and our bliss. This practice is about accepting and revering the body as a temple in all of its shapes and sizes and honoring the divine that resides within.

Naked yoga classes weave the asana practice together with ritual, pranayama, meditation, humor and spirituality. Asana Exposed uses the yoga practice to remove energy blocks, belief patterns and body armor that inhibit the natural rhythmic flow of prana in the body. This practice removes the clothes and the identities we place on ourselves when we wear them.

Previous Yoga Experience Required.

Naked Yoga NYC meets on Monday evenings 8:00 - 9:30 pm in Chelsea.
Classes are taught by ISIS.

Cost: $25 Drop in. Class cards are available - 10 class card $200. (expires in 6 months)

RSVP is required. BRING YOUR OWN MAT. Come expose your asana.

Private Naked Yoga Packages: Yoga sessions are 70 minutes
1 session - $250 each (drop-in)
5 sessions - $210 each
10 sessions - $190 each
25 sessions - $170 each

24 hours cancellation notice required on all private sessions otherwise it is treated as a session.
